This might require a little more explanation. I keep my overall calendar in a spreadsheet form. This allows me to color code certain attributes of the day, in advance and as the day passes. I can also keep columns of many different attributes of the day; weather forecasts is the obvious one, but also anticipated hazards, partner scheduling matters, physical training matters, external life factors. I find it very helpful for integrating mountain matters with life and weather realities. I make a new tab for each season and/or major trip to a new range/place/destination. The linked example is one I really used in the winter of 2021-22. I omitted a great deal of personal and/or unnecessary detail. But I think you can get the gist of it. And see the opportunity to customize it for your own purposes.
